The above rates are for 2 people only. Each extra person costs $10 per night extra or $25 per week extra.
A minimum 1 night deposit is required when making a booking for up to 8 weeks. A 4 weeks bond is required when staying for 2 months or more.
A surcharge and/or minimum booking periods may apply over Easter and December to January.

A surcharge of $20 will apply to Saturday night only bookings

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel 15 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full, less a $10 charge to cover administrative costs. If you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date no refund will be made.No deposits will be given over Easter, Public Holidays, or the months of December and January.
