When you make a booking we require a deposit equivalent to 1 nights accommodation. If you cancel 15 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full, less a $10 charge to cover administrative costs. If you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date no refund will be made. We understand that things can arise unexpectedly, so encourage all our guests to take out Travel Insurance.
